If you or your loved one is involved in an accident and someone else is responsible, we can help with your personal injury case. We don't charge for this type of consultation, and if we choose to represent you against those you believe to be responsible for your injuries, we will not charge a fee unless we are successful in resolving the matter.
Criminal Litigation: Municipal Court & Expungements
You can be assured of skillful defense of traffic and criminal offenses in municipal court.
During the tenure of Dean Marcolongo, Esquire, our firm served as prosecutor of Upper Township Municipal Court for eight years and of North Wildwood for four years. Our firm served as Public Defender for Deerfield Municipal Court for ten years.
We have also assisted many people in expunging past records so that they may move forward with their lives.
Fees are based upon the nature of the charges and the complexity of the representation.
